Support for EMS2000 engine ECU

Tested on MGZS180 KV6 and Freelander 1 KV6.

Note that certain market Freelander 1 V6 models are fitted with the Siemens MS43 which is not yet supported.

Features available:

• Read error codes
• Erase error codes
• Live diagnostic data
• Learn 5AS or Pektron EMS code (not 75/ZT, not Freelander with EWS3D or SAWDOC)
